How do I make a reservation?
To rent equipment, simply contact us via email (bookings@vproaudio.rentals) with the following details: event dates, required equipment, delivery and setup preferences, and event location. If you'd like a call back, please include your phone number. Alternatively, you can send us a message through the Contact Us page on our website. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an online rental agreement to sign, along with a payment link. Payment is due on or before the scheduled date. A valid California ID is required to receive the rental equipment.
How far in advance should I book the equipment?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. However, we can often accommodate last-minute rentals depending on equipment availability.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
All equipment rented from us will be delivered to and picked up from your chosen venue. Setup services are also available upon request when booking the equipment. Delivery and setup are free for events within the Vacaville, CA area. For events outside of Vacaville, delivery charges and setup fees may apply, depending on your location and the complexity of the setup.
What is included in the rental?
The rental includes the equipment itself, as well as basic cables and accessories (such as power cords and stands). Additional accessories or special requests may incur extra charges. If you're unsure, ask us for a detailed list of what's included.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments can be made through the online payment links we provide upon confirmation. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
What if the equipment is damaged or stops working during my rental?
If the equipment is malfunctioning or damaged during your rental period, please notify us immediately. Depending on the situation, we will either repair or replace the equipment as quickly as possible.
Do you provide technical support during my event?
Yes, we offer on-site technical support for certain events, depending on the equipment rented. This service can be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees. Please inquire about support when booking.
Do you offer package deals or discounts?
Yes, we offer package deals for events requiring multiple items or long-term rentals. Discounts may be available based on the rental duration, type of event, and specific equipment. Contact us for a custom quote.
